Traditional, therapeutic Bikram Yoga sequence and method for beginners. Rajashree's pregnancy yoga is also instructed in detail when appropriate - prior consultation required. The room is slightly cooler (95-97F) than the regular Bikram Yoga class but still provides excellent benefit, strength-building, and safety. There are additional benefits for those who wish to reach more subtle places in their practice.
